Association between bullous pemphigoid and psoriasis: A case-control study

Although the coexistence of bullous pemphigoid (BP) and psoriasis has been described, the association between the two entities is still to be established.1 The prevalence rate of psoriasis among patients with BP is inconsistent in different BP cohorts.2,3 Little is known about differences in demographics, clinical presentation, immunopathologic features, management, and prognosis between patients with isolated BP and those with coexisting BP and psoriasis.
