In the Special Communication titled "Management of Persistent or Recurrent Structural Neck Disease in Differentiated Thyroid Carcinoma: Point and Counterpoint," published in the August issue of JAMA Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery, the first author's affiliation and contact information require an update.
