Quality of Dutch dermatological guidelines according to AGREE II

Abstract

The number of clinical practice guidelines is increasing, but their quality is variable.¹ However, healthcare professionals/users should be able to rely on methodologically sound guidelines that are helpful and applicable in practice. To objectively assess (methodological) guideline quality, experts developed the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) instrument.
