Hailey-Hailey disease due to ATP2C1 splice-site mutation, successfully treated with minocycline hydrochloride

Hailey-Hailey disease (HHD) is an autosomal dominant disease characterized by acantholysis and caused by ATP2C1.¹ Here, we report the first case of HHD successfully treated with minocycline alone in which the diagnosis was confirmed by gene analysis.
