Abstract

We read with interest the opinion of Harries and Holmes¹ about our publication.² We have the impression that the authors may have confused the difference between an editorial and a commentary and misunderstood the strict standards and rules of a peer‐reviewed journal. As the authors of this critique provide no substantial discussion about the merit of our publication, we are addressing the issues raised in their text.
